Account Deletion Policy
Upon submission of a valid deletion request, all your personal data will be permanently and irreversibly deleted from our platform within 30 days, including:
- User profile, photos, videos, and bio
- Chat history, voice/video call logs
- Music playlists and shared media
- Account identifiers (UID, Advertising ID, UUID)
- Payment and transaction records
- Location and activity logs
This action is irreversible. You will lose access to all features and cannot recover any data. If you log in again with the same credentials, a new account will be created.
Legal retention may apply for fraud prevention or regulatory compliance (anonymized data only).
